Return Policy – Luna and Rosie
At Luna and Rosie, we want you to absolutely love your jewellery. If you’re not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.
How to Return
- Email Us
Send an email to return@lunaandrosie.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.
Please include photos if your item arrived damaged or faulty. - Approval & Return Address
We will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide you with the return address and instructions. - Shipping Your Return
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please send your return using a trackable shipping method and keep your tracking number safe.
We cannot process returns sent without tracking. - Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
- All tags and labels must still be attached.
- Earrings and other pierced jewellery cannot be returned once opened unless faulty, for hygiene reasons.
- Items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable.
Luna and Rosie reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Additional Information
- Please email us promptly if your jewellery arrives faulty, including clear photos (max. 5MB per image).
- Luna and Rosie is not responsible for returns sent without prior approval, without tracking, or outside the 14-day window.
