4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days unless stated otherwise on the website.
- Delivery times are estimated and depend on the chosen shipping method and carrier.

- Luna and Rosie is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or couriers.
5. Returns & Right to Cancel

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Products must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewellery cannot be returned once opened unless faulty.
- Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
6. Final Sale Items
- Items marked as Final Sale cannot be exchanged.
- They may still be returned within 14 days under the statutory right to cancel, provided they meet the return conditions above.

- Jewellery should be stored and cared for in accordance with the care guide provided on our website or packaging.
- Luna and Rosie is not liable for damage caused by improper care, exposure to chemicals, or normal wear and tear.
