4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days unless stated otherwise on the website.
  • Delivery times are estimated and depend on the chosen shipping method and carrier.
  • Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free UK shipping (see website for details).
  • Luna and Rosie is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or couriers.

5. Returns & Right to Cancel

  • UK customers have the statutory right to cancel their purchase and return products within 14 days of receipt.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Products must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewellery cannot be returned once opened unless faulty.
  • Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

6. Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale cannot be exchanged.
  • They may still be returned within 14 days under the statutory right to cancel, provided they meet the return conditions above.

  • Luna and Rosie is not liable for damage caused by improper care, exposure to chemicals, or normal wear and tear.
